Presently, Montfort offers a two year course for boys to be trained in graphic design and multimedia. The boys are trained in a wide range of skills such as desktop publishing, graphic design, web page design and digital video production. The Graphic Design & Multimedia Department has studios which are equipped with the latest computer hardware and software, thanks to the generous support from the public. Indeed, we are able to provide a conducive environment for the boys to be trained in SKM Level 1 (Desktop Publishing Artist) and Level 2 (Multimedia Artist). The GDM Department supplements its teaching by allowing the boys to work on design projects from other departments within Montfort. These live projects provide valuable experience to our boys in their training. We have three instructors to cater for a total intake of over 25 boys, and future intakes are expected to rise due to the increasing demand for IT training. Software we are leaning have Adobe illustrator,photoshop,and proshow producer.
